The work will include kitchens, bathrooms, boiler replacements and full heating systems, electrical rewires and associated activities including all certification and handover documents. A programme of approximately 117 voids is anticipated with an equal split between Contractors with all work to be completed by 31 March 2019. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
