In summary the Design and Implementation team will: • Establish an innovative, transparent and creative community engagement and participation framework to be adopted as the standard by the lead consultant and sub-consultants. • Create promotional tools i.e. brand name/logo, social media (potentially an independent website) etc. to garner community and external stakeholder support (i.e. GLA) and publicise the project. • Engage the community and deliver the objectives of the GGF that express local character, represent community buy-in and serve as place-markers within Plumstead. • Deliver shop-front improvement schemes (construction, painting, signage, lighting etc.) involving a collective of 40 businesses (from the pavement to first floor, including window displays).
