It is intended that the contract will commence in January 2020, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of three years with the option for renewal as decided by ADC, for an extension of up to a further one year and then an additional one year, subject to meeting or exceeding performance and quality of service and delivery as well as offering value for money. It is the intention that any contract extensions will be offered at least 90 days before the end of any contract period although this could be subject to revision.
