The areas covered on this contact will include (but not limited to) Balderton, Bilsthorpe, Edwinstowe, Newark, Rainworth, Farnsfield, Farndon, Southwell, Ollerton, Clipstone, Blidworth and Bleasby. The Contractor that will carry out the works must be a Bauder approved Installer and be registered on Constructionline. The Contract will initially be for 1 year but may lead to 2 more years depending on performance. There will be roughly 390 properties to re-roof over the 3 year period and the contractor will be expected to reroof 3 roofs per week on average. A fully qualified Site Manager with an SMSTS qualification will be required on site for the duration of the works. All Roofs to be worked on will require scaffolding to be erected by a fully qualified and insured scaffolder. Scaffolding will be inspected periodically by the scaffolding company and have inspection tags visible for each scaffold on each property.
