This will be achieved with service elements supporting the Partnership in a flexible way to provide positive outcomes for people: - Information and Advice, Signposting (MECC - Making Every Contact Count) - Housing Options - Minor Adaptations and Handyperson services - Making Homes Healthier and Safer to Live In - Mandatory DFG Adaptations - OT/Trusted Assessor Service Elements Dependent on additional Funding: - Assistive Technology 8.
