Both authorities will be party to the resulting Contract and jointly responsible for contract management. The proposed Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year and it is anticipated to award to a single Tenderer. The service specification is for an out of hours service to provide Appropriate Adults (AA) for young people in custody in the Leicestershire Police custody suites.
