The works will be undertaken in the North Somerset area. However, it is possible that works may also be required in the surrounding areas. It is intended to place a resulting contract with one contractor for a period up to 31/03/2020 with the possibility of two extensions each for a period of one year. It is anticipated that the value of any resulting contract will be between 350,000 GBP and 1,050,000 GBP (ex VAT).
