The transcription and indexing element should have the capability to adhere to relevant cataloguing and indexing standards including ISADG and MARC. The system should also have a front facing access module for the public and researchers which will link to RMG's existing website, online catalogues and databases. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
