Please note - Both warranty and support have to be included within the purchase price and run for a period of not less than three years. Any warranty must also be deferred from the date of purchase to the actual 'go-live' date of August 2019, then run concurrently for the minimum period of three years. Also, any proposed professional services must be included within the price. Additional information: The procurement process will make use of the In-Tend procurement portal which is available to any registered company. Tenders are invited from any suitably qualified supplier who is capable of meeting the College's needs and the contract will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. There is no requirement to duplicate electronic submissions with a hard copy. Tenders must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 7th December 2018. Tenders received after this date/time will not be considered. You are advised to complete your submission no later than 11:45am in case there are any delays in the operation of the system(s). A completed form of Tender (Appendix A), Certificate against Canvassing (Appendix B) and the Costings Table (Appendix D) MUST be completed and submitted Tender prices shall be in sterling and should be quoted exclusive of VAT and inclusive of any delivery charges. ### Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No The process will be managed through Leeds City College's e-Tendering portal, in-tend, which provides a secure delivery mechanism and an auditable record of the process. There is no cost associated with using the portal and merely requires a short registration process. Any issues, queries or problems with the e-Tendering portal needs to be addressed to Further Education Colleges by telephone on 0845 557 8079 or by email at . Any question in respect of the tender documentation should be sent via the portal using the messaging facility within the system. This ensures that a complete audit trail of the process is generated. Questions raised which result in additional information being provided will be shared with all organisations together with Leeds City College's response, but will not breach any areas of commercially sensitive information.
