The site is located on the outskirts of Knaresborough and the Hall is set within its own extensive grounds. The hall is a large, historic building with Grade II\* Listed status which is owned by Harrogate Borough Council and leased to a number of small businesses who occupy individual spaces within the building. Attached to the hall is an Innovation Centre which is a converted 2-storey stable block with a number of individual tenants which also holds Grade II Listed status.
