The services comprise, but are not limited to the following: • General day to day property management • Rent and service charge collection • Property database management • Lease renewals and expires • Property inspections • Management reports • Financial management • Budgeting and forecasting • Rent reviews • Seeking new occupiers for vacant units • Ensuring tenant compliance with lease obligations The duration of the Contract will be for 36 months with the option of extending for a further 36 months in 12month periods at the Authority's discretion. Additional information: The shortlisting selection process will be by means of a selection questionnaire (SQ).
