## About this tender

The County Council wishes to procure the following work package:

Re-roofing of the school in 3no phases as noted below and shown on the attached drawing.

### Phase 1 - Summer 2019

• Replacement of gutter around former courtyard in leadwork.

• Retiling of 4no. roof slopes adjacent in concrete tiles

### Phase 2 - Summer 2020

• Retiling of 4no. roof slopes in concrete tiles

### Phase 3 - Summer 2021

• Retiling of 9no. roof slopes n concrete tiles
