HTE intends to award up to 4 suppliers to the framework agreement. The term of the framework agreement will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. Suppliers who respond to this notice to express their interest in this procurement, may be requested to attend a Supplier Day. The purpose of the Supplier Day is: - To assist in determining the potential value of this procurement, - For suppliers to demonstrate the range of products they have available to assist in the preparation of the specification. Suppliers are advised that a maximum number of 8 suppliers will be invited to the Supplier Day and selection will be based on the first 8 applicants received. Suppliers invited will have an hours window which will be made up of 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions.
