Both warranty and support must be included within the purchase price and run for optional periods of not less than 1-year, 3-year and 5-year. Any proposed professional services must also be included in the final price. Tenders will be assessed primarily according to total price but we will take into consideration the reseller's level of support and partnership with the original equipment manufacturer.
