The current contract for the provision of an IT system for the administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, Council Tax, Business Rates and Debt management is due to expire and the Council requires a procurement exercise for the supply of these services. The Council is looking for a system that encompasses all up to date technology, and is able to adapt to future technological advances to support the efficiencies and effectiveness a modern system allows for.
