We are seeking to install additional homes within the Living Lab this year (as listed above) and are seeking a framework for future years installations and ongoing maintenance and support. All of the homes in the Living Lab will require ongoing maintenance and breakdown support for the coming year and future years. It is envisaged that the Living Lab will run for an initial period of 38 weeks, up to 3 years (subject to funding), and possibly longer depending on the nature and type of research that may be undertaken in the future. ## CPV classification Repair and maintenance services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/6a4f672d-3e88-4602-b5f5-6fe87bc59a56) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
