WM Housing Group is undergoing a period of extensive change which includes refreshing all group services to ensure that they focus closely on customer experience and satisfaction as well as proactively addressing the cost base of demand for services into the organisation. All services in the business are currently going through a lean review process to create more efficient processes. Our voids and lettings team that will be part of project 1, have already gone through this process and are now looking at the next phase of service development, which is to improve the products quality. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ensure you are registered and logged into our Portal.
