SCC was seeking a contract that would allow the ICT team to provide a flexible arrangement to support these databases from regular monitoring and patching, ad-hoc support, annual upgrades, transformation work between database solutions and experience in migrating databases to the cloud. - Lot 1 Pro-active monitoring of our Oracle Database environment. Including regular patching and database refreshes to enable application upgrades.
