The aim of the service is to provide high quality, bespoke and flexible intervention support packages that prevents placement disruption for children already in care, prevents children going into care, empowers families, focuses on whole family well-being, and is able to manage risks and recognise safeguarding concerns. The service will support service users with social, emotional, behavioural and health issues and work collaboratively with other relevant agencies.
