The length of the contract will be 3 years, with an option to extend for 1 year, making 4 years in total. The framework is split into two Lots: - Lot 1Full Multidisciplinary - Design up to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 2 only. - Lot 2Project Management, Contract Administration with Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy, Principal Designer and NEC Supervisor (RIBA Plan of Work Stage 0-7) Both Lots have three value Bands which are: • Band A: £0 - £5m • Band B: £5 - £10m • Band C: £10m+ Potential Providers are welcome to bid for both Lots if they wish but will be expected to be able to provide services across all three value Bands.
