[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Hull City Council (the Authority) invites qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the provision of a contract to secure a revised Hull Outreach Service for rough sleepers.The Authority is conducting the procurement using an open non EU procedure under the light touch regime. The Authority proposes to enter into a Contract for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance and monitoring. The anticipated service commencement date is 1 January 2020. This service specification sets out the requirements for the Hull Outreach Service.
