This contract will provide a quality service that is effective and is able support real and sustainable positive change to local residents affected by substance misuse. The service will adopt a flexible and innovative approach to delivery in order to reduce and eliminate the stigma often associated with accessing treatment and support. It will take a person-centred, holistic approach, working to address the physical and mental health needs of service users and the social and psychological issues associated with the misuse of substances.
