The scope and form of such involvement will be defined during the dialogue phases and the Trust is open to solutions in line with any guidance provided herein. Bidders are to review the requirements set out in the specification and put forward solutions to meet these. The requirements are still high level as the Trust is keen to encourage Bidders to develop their own ideas and scope for the service.
