Supply and install screens to both ceremony rooms and both waiting rooms and speakers to both ceremony rooms, waiting rooms and porte cocheres. Supply microphones to both ceremony rooms to be used at the lectern and working through the new audio system. Full details of the requirements can be found in the accompanying ITQ documents. NOTE: This project is time critical - the project has to be undertaken, completed and the equipment functional without any fault by the 29th February 2020, unfortunately there is no flexibility on the procurement timeline.
