Option two is for the cafe building only. The application process to secure the lease for the available space comprises three stages as follows:- o Submission of applications by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on Monday 15th July 2019 o Assessment of all responses and shortlisting of applications for presentation and interview. o Presentation and Interview panel meeting with shortlisted Applicants (applicants) Suppliers may arrange a viewing at the Great Denham pavilion to assist with queries arising from the process by submitting a request via the correspondence function on the In-tend portal. Dates for viewing are Monday 8th July 2019 to Friday 12th July 2019 The Council strongly recommends applicants visit the premises before making their proposal.
