The system will enable foreign operators to pay the Levy, provide a data store of payments made and public register available via GOV.UK and will support enforcement. The current contract expires on 02/09/2020 so DVLA intends to engage with the supply market to explore options for a replacement solution. A full specification of requirements is not currently available, but an overview is available upon request. DVLA would like to make clear at this juncture there is no guarantee of a call for further competition. All routes to market will be considered, including evaluation of all CCS Framework Options. Additional information: We intend to convene a Supplier Innovation Day in Swansea on 01/08/2019. Prospective suppliers are asked to register interest in attending by emailing the address provided by 9th July.
