The Technical Advisor delivery area has been divided into Tranche 1 and Tranche 2. Tranche 1 will award the assurance work for RIS1 schemes using call off under Highways England's existing Collaborative Delivery Framework (CDF) and Tranche 2 will develop a new framework/contract to award design and assurance services for the schemes in RIS2. Contract documents for Tranche 2 will be based on the NEC 4 model contract suite, the standard approach for Highways England and endorsed by the Cabinet Office, and will need to be developed during 2019. To undertake the work required by this Work Package, suppliers will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the NEC contract suite, including the new NEC 4 edition. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/53992c50-797b-4091-ad77-bc11694d53a0) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
