Residential Removals can be categorised into four types; Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS) ### Deaths involving the Treasury Evictions or abandoned properties ### Emergency Moves The total estimated expenditure on residential removals during the past twelve months was £26000 and storage costs was £20000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. ### Contract Period The duration of this contract will be from 1st December 2019 to 30th November 2020. All prices submitted will remain fixed for the full 12-month duration.
