This phased commission will have three key components. o To achieve a planning approval for a new residential/intermediate care facility and older persons accommodation scheme as the initial phase of development at this location, o A master plan for the site to accommodate a range of buildings for care (as above), as well as other residential, community and health provision. o The Council intends to retain the Architect as design advisor through to completion of a resultant Design and Build contract for construction of the intermediate care and older person's accommodation.
