The framework will provide the residents of Southend on Sea in both private and Council properties with scheduled services and repairs including 24 hour call-outs. The Council intends to appoint 3 suppliers to the Framework but reserves the right to appoint the number of suppliers as it sees fit and/or to appoint none at all and/or to keep framework suppliers in reserve.
