Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of a revenues and benefits portal supported by a predesigned, online integrated forms package for revenues and AI "chatbot". The current portal is under licence for support and maintenance purposes until 14 January 2020. It is essential that the implementation of the new portal does not extend beyond this date. All functionality must be live and tested prior to the cessation of the current contract and by 14 January 2020.
