Full information is available in the tender documents, but the work will include the demolition of the Bowls Clubhouse, construction of a new pavilion, installation of a M.U.G.A, car park extension and amendment to the vision splay, levelling and resurfacing of the football pitches and associated drainage and upgrade to the utilities. The appointed Contractor will operate within a fixed budget. Any quote must include a breakdown of costs for each element, a draft Method statement and a draft project timeline. The successful contractor will have to provide to the Parish Clerk before work commences- • Relevant Health & Safety signage • Risk Assessment • Method Statement Tenders to be returned in sealed envelopes, marked 'Recreation Ground Project Tender Documents' and must be received by Friday 11th October. Additional information: The project is due to start at the end of November 2019, but this is subject to receiving the planning approval.
