The Service Provider is responsible for assessing the cleaning requirements needed for all of the above (listed in 1.1) and to achieve the required standards specified in the Service Level Requirements. To submit an accurate tender bid, Service Providers are expected to familiarise themselves with the local area and usage of individual sites. The estimated contract value is ?720,000/annum. The contract will begin 1 April 2020 for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance in the initial term.
