[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Structural Investigations and Monitoring ### Project Description Swindon Borough Council are looking for a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Structural Investigations and Monitoring to properties at identified properties as specified by Swindon Borough Council. • Overall stability of structures • Monitoring of cracking damage • Basic Foundation & Subsoil Investigation • Extensive Foundation & Subsoil Investigation • Ground Service drawing (showing all services) The initial contract term will be for up to 24 months as stated in the RFQ documents. Estimated contract spend is between £ 120,000.00 and £140,000.00 across the initial 2 year contract term. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the RFQ documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, [supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk](https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk), then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
