Structural installation of beams and pad stones, alteration to external envelop of building, full internal remodelling installation of two number new electrical and gas heating and hot water installations. External works including new drainage run to join existing waste and new wheelchair ramp access ramp to ground floor flat. Identical or equivalent works in the Lancaster City Council area to a very similar residential scheme are planned for the financial year 2019/2020.
