This will be a 3 year agreement for the provision of 360 questionnaires, reporting which will include but not limited to: • Initial development of strengths based leadership 360 tool • Ongoing access and provision of questionnaire • Ongoing access and provision of analytics - individual and aggregated • Alignment with TfL's leadership development offerings • User training and guidance materials Full details will be provided in the scope of specification at the tendering stage.. ### Timeline (subject to change) • ITT issue (via the e-tendering portal) - w/c Monday 19th August 2019 • ITT return - 9th September 2019 • Application review - w/c 9th September • Invite to presentation - w/c 16th September 2019 • Contract Award - w/c 23rd September 2019 The anticipated spend is likely to be in the region of £50k per year but this is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
