The current "Supporting People To Live At Home" contract, or homecare contract, is jointly commissioned by NTC and NTC CCG. It supports Adult Social Care service users and those with NHS Continuing Health Care needs. Working in partnership with the CCG, the Council is seeking to procure a new Framework arrangement with a number of providers to support people to continue to live at home.
