This Framework Agreement will include servicing on an annual basis to meet all statutory requirements providing all appropriate documentation, replacement parts as necessary. As part of this service the successful supplier will be required to have an online system to facilitate and co-ordinate this service which includes the facility to but not limited to: •Notification of Calibration Scheduling •Online calibration booking service •Arrange uplift and return delivery - with tracking facilities •Online progress reports •Condition, Repair Reports and Certifications •Online payment facilities (GPC, Direct Debit, invoice against Purchase Orders etc.) Full details of the procurement are available within the schedule of requirements document Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
