Additional information: NOTE: Due to no suitable tenders being submitted in response to the Council's open procurement procedure, the Council has been unable to award the contract and has now utilised the use of a negotiated procedure without prior publication, as afforded under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Section 32.
