This service is required to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years, May 2015. The overall cost allocated to the service is £15,000 for one year for an unlimited service offer which meets the requirements of the service specification.
