The service delivery required is to support Newcastle University to comply with legislative requirements, regulations, guidelines and standards current at the time of delivery, whilst maintaining duty of care to staff and postgraduate students. The service should be maintained for 50 weeks per annum. This includes the Department of Education (DfE) standards applicable to the service.
