The Council is looking to establish and manage, on behalf of the other contracting authorities, a framework agreement of a limited number of providers to deliver a range of specified services: • Managed accounts • Payroll • Employment Support The Council is now undertaking a soft market testing exercise to capture initial ideas and to canvass independent views on the potential shape and model of Direct Payment Support Services in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Organisations are invited to complete and submit a soft market testing questionnaire.
