This will be within the existing block contract arrangement Barnet CCG already has with BEH-MHT. The new service for Barnet patients will be funded by Barnet CCG but will be co-commissioned with Enfield CCG. BEH-MHT already provide a community lymphoedema service for Enfield CCG in the borough of Enfield. The service would include diagnosis, assessment and treatment for both adults and children with both cancer-related and non-cancer related Lymphoedema. Additional information: Current situation : There is no provision for lymphoedema service in Barnet currently and patients are travelling as far as Tooting for a service.
