The successful heating contractor will be required to carry out a 3 star (all inclusive) servicing, maintenance and installation contract to its domestic gas and non-gas (electrical) appliances and heating systems in approximately 690 properties across 108 blocks . The contract is to cover individual boilers in self-contained blocks - gas to 613 self-contained dwellings and electrical to 73 self-contained dwellings.Soho Housing anticipate approximately 30-35 gas boiler installations and 4-5 storage heaters per year. Intergas combi boilers are to be installed unless agreed with Soho Housing.
