To continue this upgrading we now require the demolition of 6No 3 storey balcony access flat blocks, out buildings and ancillary structures ready for the new development. The site is situated at 19 - 29 Troutbeck Crescent, Mereside, Blackpool FY4 4SU. The Contract period is to be proposed by the Contractor, however working hour restrictions will apply during the works.
