The purpose of this consultancy support is to deliver Preliminary and Detailed design for the 5G sensor network. This work is being joint funded by West Midlands 5G and Transport for West Midlands; however, day to day management of the project shall reside with Transport for West Midlands. There will be a need to report progress to West Midlands 5G Ltd.
