It is anticipated that the design team will include all the necessary technical services to deliver the project including administration of the construction contract. The supplier will also provide advice to the University on the procurement of a construction supplier during RIBA Stages 2 & 3. Due to the nature of the design services the University anticipates that a Building Services Engineer will lead the design team.
