This consists of lifts in high-rise blocks, medium rise blocks, hostels and sheltered housing schemes. The number of lifts to be renewed is not guaranteed in any one financial year and will be dependent on the available budget. The consultant will be required to undertake lift surveys, produce specifications and design, assist in tendering, site manage and provide contract management of lift upgrades and improvements to various lifts in tower blocks and/or sheltered housing properties.
