The successful Service Provider must be reliable and experienced, with experience of assessing housing needs and are familiar with DFG legislation. This Framework Agreement will be called upon during times of high demand to ensure HEART can continue to deliver a high standard of service to its customers without delay. Currently HEART have an internal team of Occupational Therapists however, HEART demand is increasing therefore to ensure service continuity the service requires a Framework Agreement to call-off home assessment services during times of high demand.
