The anticipated maximum total contract value over the 18-month term is £1m. Works will be of an ad hoc rather than programmed nature and are likely to include but not be limited to: external redecorations, fencing and masonry work, disabled adaptations, door and window replacements, minor property conversions, fire precaution works and single kitchen replacements. WDC followed a 2-stage restricted procurement process to procure this Contract. Under the first stage, prospective Contractors are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire and its related appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, WDC invited 5 Contractors to Tender under the second, final stage of the process and is awarding the Contract to one of those 5 Contractors.
